Stream properties approached Top Level Systems on behalf of their client Addison Lee a well-established private hire company with over 4500 taxis and 750 limousines. Addison Lee were looking to maximise the number of vehicles they could store within a warehouse property that they had recently taken possession of.
In conjunction with Stream Properties, Top Level Systems designed a two-tier mezzanine floor structure totalling 4100m2 of car storage space. This incorporated ramps for cars to travel between levels essentially forming a multi-story car park facility within a warehouse without any civil engineering works.
